"Easy to follow updates"
I found Nala easy to use, and the messages were clear the whole way through. I always knew what was going on with my transfer without having to sit there guessing. Maybe the app felt a tiny bit plain at first, but that’s not really a bad thing because the communication was simple and did exactly what I needed.

"Useful benefits, even if the site isn’t perfect"
I signed up for NALA mostly because of the CLE options and the member pricing on courses, it has been helpful. I wasn’t totally sure I’d use it enough at first, but the resources have made it easier to keep up with what I need for work.
The webinars and articles are convenient, especially on days when I don’t have time to search all over the place. I also appreciate the member updates more than I expected since they give me reminders about deadlines, events, and other things I’d probably forget.
I do wish the website was a little smoother because it can feel clunky here and there. That said, I can’t really complain too much because the paralegal resources and discounts are worth it overall.

"Super easy site to use!!!"
I had a really easy time using the website!!! Everything was simple to navigate, and I found what I needed quickly!!! The pages loaded fine, nothing was confusing, and overall it was just a smooth experience!!!
"Wish I had gone with someone else"
I kind of regret choosing them. The whole experience just didn’t feel very professional, and it made it hard for me to trust that things were being handled the right way.

"Support took forever"
The app itself is fine, I guess, but the so-called support team is painfully slow. I waited days for a basic answer and had to keep following up just to get anyone to respond.
"Networking was kinda dissapointing"
I was hoping to meet more people who’d be useful to connect with, but there just weren’t many good matches for me. It wasn’t terrible, just felt a bit underwhelming overall.

"Worth it if you're trying to move forward"
I felt like the NALA certification was a good value. It made my resume look a lot more legit and gave me some extra confidence when talking about my experience. The process was straightforward overall, though I do think it would be fair if some of the study info was easier to find. People are already putting in the time and money, so making the prep a little more accessible seems like the decent thing to do...

"Pretty solid for what I expected"
I’d say Nala.org was a good value overall. For the price, I wasn’t expecting everything to be perfect, and it pretty much matched what I had in mind. The pricing felt reasonable, and I never felt like I overpaid. A few things could’ve been explained a little more clearly, but nothing major. Based on what I expected going in, I’m happy with it and would use it again

"This was seriously so helpful for studying. I..."
This was seriously so helpful for studying. I went in feeling like my brain was complete chaos, and this actually made prep feel manageable. Not even exaggerating, it felt like a tiny miracle during exam panic mode.

"Continuing ed was hit or miss"
The continuing ed experience was just okay. A few of the courses felt outdated, and the platform itself kind of works when it wants to, which got frustrating after a while. I got through it, but I wouldn’t say it was a great experience.

"Signing up was weirdly frustrating"
I don’t know why, but trying to register was such a hassle. I kept getting stuck on the same screen and couldn’t really move forward. Frustrating for something that should’ve been simple
